These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of insightcore.one and your relationship with InsightCore Analytics Inc. ("InsightCore", "we", "us") in respect of information presented on this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of this website
The site is provided for information about InsightCore and its business intelligence, analytics and related services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with site operation, scrape content in violation of applicable law, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Accuracy of information and prices
We take care to keep information current, but content, solution descriptions, service overviews and indicative prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Indicative prices shown on the solutions catalogue (including ICX reference packages) are not binding offers. A final scope, timeline and fee are confirmed only in a written statement of work or engagement agreement signed by both parties.
3. Enquiry process
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or by email does not create a contract. It allows us to understand your needs, assess data readiness and prepare a proposal. Any engagement begins only once a separate written agreement is signed by authorised representatives of both parties.
4. ICX reference codes
ICX reference codes (for example, ICX-EXEC-001) are internal catalogue identifiers intended to streamline procurement, support and scoping discussions. They do not, by themselves, constitute a commitment to deliver specific functionality, timelines or pricing.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms for active projects are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Where no agreement is in place, enquiries may be withdrawn at any time at no cost. If you have scheduled a consultation, we appreciate reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
6. Nature of analytics and IT services
Our services involve software, data, business intelligence systems and, where applicable, machine-learning models. We deliver them with professional care but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outputs of predictive models and automated analytics are probabilistic and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before reliance in financial, operational or regulatory decisions. Nothing on this site or produced through our services constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment or medical advice.
7. Client responsibilities
Where you engage us, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide data to InsightCore, that use of our deliverables complies with applicable laws (including PIPEDA, PIPA and sector-specific regulations), and that decisions based on analytics outputs are made with appropriate human oversight.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in British Columbia, InsightCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on information presented here. Liability for our professional services is governed by the limitations set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Separate contract recommendation
We strongly recommend that all projects be governed by a detailed written contract covering scope, datasets, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timelines, fees in CAD, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and responsibilities. These website Terms do not replace such a contract.
10. Payments and refunds
Fees for services are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms, milestones and refunds, where applicable, follow the terms of the engagement agreement. Applicable GST/HST or other taxes will be charged as required by Canadian law.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to InsightCore and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written permission. Ownership of project deliverables, custom dashboards, models, documentation and associated intellectual property is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.
12. Third-party links and tools
This site may reference third-party platforms (for example, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau). We are not responsible for third-party websites, products or services. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of this website, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of this website, superseding prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
